Let's Connect Some Dots
These things matter in surprisingly big ways
We’ll start here.
One of the biggest reasons why the far right does not want to give up their precious assault weapons and their accessories, ammunition, bandoliers, bunkers, and assorted paraphernalia, is for one reason: they are TERRIFIED that Black and brown people are going to overrun the Caucasian people. Now I will admit that there are isolated hate groups among the Blacks, Muslims, and other minorities that do advocate for this. However, they are considerably smaller, less well funded, and not even well-thought of in their own communities as a whole.
Given that both groups are generally thought of by society as a whole as being somewhere beyond lunar orbit, it is amazing that this rampant fear of “others” has taken hold. But it has due to the cunning of some really diabolical people.
You see, another group of people that the white supremacy folks despise (and I’ll leave it to you to suss out the exact reasons for this hatred) is of the Jewish people. The Jewish tribes have historical been the whipping boy of centuries of prejudice for many reasons mostly having to do with perceived wrongs and misperceived ideas of their control of the world’s wealth. Most if not all of this is untrue and unfounded, but it has resulted in much bloodshed, migrations, and property loss over the centuries.
White supremacists and their cousins, the white nationalists, have it in for both groups and believe that they will be forced to do battle (yes, real battle) for their freedom, their property, and their country with these people. Therefore, they are trying to stockpile supplies into armories, bunkers, and heaven only knows what else.
Now then, remember when I said at the first that they are terrified that Black and brown people are going to overrun Caucasian people? Well, that fear is the floor of their movement to ban abortion, ban birth control, make child marriage at age 10-12 legal, end no-fault divorce so women cannot get out of abusive marriages, end the prohibition of marital rape, toughen the requirements for proving rape to
the point that it would be virtually unreportable, control IVF so that it can only be used by heterosexual married couples and only under limited circumstances, and ban just about every form of birth control particularly for Caucasian women. (Do not ask me what the heck these men are going to doing with women who have severe pre-menstrual dysphoria so bad they want to do nasty things to anyone who so much as speaks to them, pre-menopausal women who are having problems, post-natal women with depression, women with fibroids and severe cramping and bleeding, or endometriosis that literally lays you out on the floor screaming in pain. I want these sanctimonious pricks to have the electrodes affixed to their abdomens and genitals and the current turned up so THEY can get a taste of the pain we have to endure.)
The rings of influence grow wider yet again when you consider what happens to the babies resulting from these pregnancies who will live in reduced living conditions and some will have mothers who not only don’t want them, but who turn abusive or outright neglectful. Then society will have to bear the cost of doing something about these children, not the sanctimonious jerks who wrote Project 2025 who are out on their golf courses, sailing on their yachts, or shopping with their Junior League girlfriends.
It is said that Revolutions happen about every 3-400 years. What does not seem to have dawned upon the writers of Project 2025 is that those revolutions are generally the lower classes rising up to take over the wealth and the power from the upper classes. In the Manual, all wealth and all the power will accrue to the top 1% when the revolution happens. MMMM, don’t think so. Or if it does, it won’t stay there for very long. Did not work that way in Russia for the Bolsheviks, in France, in England (however many times they went through it), in Italy, in China (several empires then the People’s), and all the wars in the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America. What in blazes makes them think they’re so much better? History teaches differently and I’m betting on history.
Now I also know that democracies are fragile. They always have been. They are worth the effort and the tension they cause. Anything worth having is worth working for and working to keep. If you don’t work for it, you cease to appreciate it.
Because there is one truth that we all know-men of property will always be able to buy whatever they want-freedom, goods, services, entertainment, healthcare, property, or whatever. But it is the poor man who needs to rule because he will never be able enjoy those things any other way because the rich man will bar him from ever seeing them if he has the power.

Get other people to register to vote and get them committed to going to vote.
